I sure you want more female attention, and want to look cooler at the beach, and by now you’re probably sick and tired of it and want to do something about it.
Extreme diets and self-denial don’t work and any weight loss you do achieve is rapidly accumulated again. The result of these diets is a slowed metabolism.
After sifting through these and looking at several in more detail I finally stumbled across a little known technique for getting rid of man breasts for good.
But here’s how my journey began and some of the approaches I looked at first that seemed promising. You might want to give these consideration if you have other body problems you want to address in addition to man boobs :
Working with the Body’s Elimination Phase
This fat reduction method is based on the fact that the body runs through different phases of digestion and absorption/utilisation during any period of 24 hours. It turns out that throughout the morning until about midday the body is still eliminating the waste products of the previous day. You don’t want to interfere with this “elimination” phase, so in this approach you eat only fruit in the morning, often in the form of a smoothy, until lunch time.
This approach was popularised in a book called “Fit for Life” by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond as part of an overall plan for a healthy lifestyle. It includes not combining proteins and carbohydrates at the same meal and is therefore great for people with manboobs who also have stomach problems.
Creating a Healthy Alkaline Body To lose Man Boobs
This is covered in a book called “The PH Miracle” by Dr Robert O Young and also by Tony Robbins in his Health seminar.
In this theory you create a healthy alkaline environment in your body by reducing acid forming foods such as red meat, sugar, alcohol, refined carbohydrates.
You see the body, in its effort to maintain the correct alkalinity creates fat reserves to store the acidity. This program also has long term health benefits and is favoured by those with Diabetes. A good start is to make a green smoothy for breakfast. Using a blender, blend half a cucumber, an avocado, handful of spinach, half celery stick, Udo’s Oil / All Blend oil, SuperGreens / Udo’s Beyond Greens, a cup of filtered water.
Getting Rid of Manboobs – The Fat-Burning Solution
Finally I stumbled across a little known technique called “fat burning”. With this method you actually speed up metabolism.
While the approaches I’ve covered above work well as good overall lifestyle changes, I felt that to lose man boobs quickly a more specific approach was called for to tackle the problem head-on .
With the Fat-Burning technique you eat, or add into your diet, specific foods which you must eat at specific times. These specific foods and the timing of when you eat them have been found to trick the body into utilising its reserves of fat and burn them as fuel.
This is a high intake of nutrients diet. With this high intake of nutrients coupled with eating specific foods at specific times your metabolism will be triggered into burning fat.
